Coming soon. Subscriptions open when Houre launches.
Instead of a trial that runs out, Houre has a free plan. Use it offline on your device for as long as you like, and join any project a subscriber invites you to. Subscribe when you want your own notes to sync.
With a subscription, your notes are kept safe on our servers, still encrypted with your key. Sign in on your new phone with your email and password and they come right back. On the free plan your personal notes stay only on your device, so use Export in Settings to keep a copy somewhere else.
Yes. Invite them to a shared project and everyone can read and write there for free. Everything in the project counts toward your 5 GB. A subscription of their own adds personal notes that sync and projects they own.
For now, you subscribe in the mobile app through the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription belongs to your Houre account, so signing in on desktop unlocks it there too.
Notes take up very little room, so most of your 5 GB goes to attachments like photos and files. The app shows how much you've used. If you reach the limit, everything stays readable, and deleting attachments you no longer need frees up space.
Nothing is deleted, and Houre keeps working on your device. Your notes stay readable on all your devices, but new changes stop syncing until you resubscribe, and projects you own become read-only for the people you've invited.
Keeping your notes in sync takes servers that run around the clock. A subscription pays for them directly, so Houre answers to you and your notes are never the product.
