Delete your account

You can delete your Houre account and its data at any time from the app. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Houre on a device where you're signed in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under Security, choose Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm.

Want to keep your notes? Use Export in Settings first. It saves your notes, projects, and attachments to a single file.

If you own shared projects

If you own a project that other people are members of, make one of them its owner before deleting your account. You can do this from the project's member list.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, including your email address and sign-in details.
  • Your notes and attachments.
  • Projects that only you belong to.
  • Invitations you've sent or received.
  • Everything stored on the device you delete your account from.

Your data is removed from our servers right away, and attachment files are erased from storage within an hour. Your other devices are signed out, but notes already saved on them stay on that device.

What stays

  • Notes you added to a project someone else owns stay in that project, so its other members keep them.
  • Server logs, for as long as described in our privacy policy.

Can't sign in?

Email support@seequ.dev from your account's email address and we'll delete the account for you.
